 As a Certified Martial Arts & Fitness Instructor, having specialized training in "Sports Guided Imagery" and "Peak Performance Consulting," I'm confident that I can help you reach and exceed your previous fitness goals. As a former martial arts Gym owner, offensive/defensive tactical instructor and Bail Enforcement Recovery Team Advisor with Instructor Level certifications in more than several martial arts disciplines and systems, I'm highly confident and excited to share a unique skill set and able to provide practical tools, competent and quality instruction which will help you become more effective in your Martial Arts & Fitness training while helping to perform beyond peak levels ultimately achieving greater gains, even higher marks and personal goals.
